In my classes, you rebuild your strength and flexibility with movements attuned to your body’s unique needs.


By developing the core muscles, you’ll cultivate a deep sense of wellbeing that allows you to be
truly present for community, work, family, and - most importantly - for yourself.

An intimate class of upto 8 people where you cultivate strength and stillness with movements
tailored to peri through to post- menopausal women.
